Shipping & Returns Policy

BrickCrafters provides services and may occasionally deliver materials, products, or construction items as part of our projects. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains our practices.

1. Shipping / Delivery

• Materials and products are delivered only for confirmed projects or orders.

• Delivery timelines depend on supplier availability and project requirements.

• Additional delivery fees may apply for certain locations.

2. Returns & Refunds

• Construction services, consultation fees, and completed work are non-refundable.

• Materials delivered may only be returned if:

  • They are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  • The supplier allows returns (restocking fees may apply).

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

3. Cancellations

• Project cancellations must be requested in writing.

• Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.

• If cancellation occurs after work has started, the client must pay for labor and materials already used.
